‘Manuel Urbina’ Hello, hola.

I’m Manuel. To those who have joined recently, welcome. To those who have been here from the start, thank you. The studio carries my name, and I’ll be making more of an effort to show up here as myself, and to introduce the team too as we grow.

I started the studio to help you find that feeling you only get when a home works perfectly for you. It begins with a genuine interest in getting to know you, and goes well beyond the brief to deliver your vision, whether it’s a new build, an extension or a full home remodel.

I believe in curating every project with care, big or small, because each one has its own story. I’m involved in all of it. It begins with the first sketches and visuals, when an idea first becomes something you can see. Then comes planning permission (not the glamorous part, but it matters), the technical detail, and the search for the right materials and textures. Then months on site with contractors and engineers, until we hand over the keys to your sanctuary.

We take on a limited number of projects each year, so each receives our complete attention. Craft and ethics aren’t add-ons here. They are how we work, in London and internationally.

Intention and the beauty of simple things guide everything we do.
