After nearly two years, and what feels like a blur, here is a sneak peek at the @manuelurbinastudio x @studio.hay Grade II Listed Coach House project. Official completion posts and stories are coming soon.
This project has been a testament to design led with intention, playfulness and material exploration, all within the constraints of a Listed Building. It shows what can be achieved when you push at the limits while still respecting the heritage of a place. Old meets new.
Working side by side: few projects feel as shared as this one. Our collaboration with @studio.hay has been at its heart from the beginning. Weekly site visits kept us close to the construction process, close enough to get our hands dirty, test materials and keep refining the small details that, together, tell the story of how this building has been carefully transformed.
Materials were considered carefully throughout. More detailed posts on our material selection and the reasoning behind it are to come.
