‘Victorian Villa’ Construction Underway.
We're delighted to share progress on our transformation project in Ealing. With planning permission granted and construction is now underway.
This project involves an ambitious 100sqm rear wrap-around extension at ground level. This transformation will create a stunning open-plan living space, kitchen, dining, and living areas. Large glazed sections will frame picturesque views of the garden, bringing the outside in and flooding the space with natural light.
The design drawing from a series of brick pillars framing apertures, a stepped flat roof that references traditional soldier course brickwork.This intervention and playfulness with the bricks serve as the perfect bridge between eras, complementing the existing structure while subtly distinguishing the new extension. Creating depth and character, modern lines that speak to contemporary design. Introducing a fresh aspect to the extension.
Our design also extends vertically, the current unused roof terrace will give way to an extend bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom and dressing room.
Our partnership with @bw_structures has been instrumental in achieving the precision our design demanded, with every detail meticulously planned and every challenge elegantly solved.
